How do I choose and fit the ear tips?
Ear canal sizes vary. Try the supplied sizes and choose an ear tip that fits comfortably and securely in your ear canal.
With the correct ear tip attached, gently insert the device and adjust for comfort. Switch it on once correctly fitted to help reduce feedback and whistling. Follow the instructions supplied.
How do I switch the device on and adjust the volume?
Move the switch to ”N” to turn the sound amplifier on, or to ”O” to turn it off. The sound amplifier also switches off when returned to the charging case.
Use the supplied adjustment tool to change the volume: turn clockwise to increase and anticlockwise to decrease. Start with a low volume when first using the device.
How long does a full charge take?
Place the sound amplifiers in the case to charge. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The blue indicator lights up during charging and goes out when charging is complete.
Charge the case regularly as described in the instructions.
Why is there whistling or no sound?
If you hear whistling, check that the ear tip is the correct size and fits securely. Try another supplied size if needed.
If there is no sound, check the power, charge and volume settings. Check that the sound outlet is clear and follow the troubleshooting instructions.
